"Eat and drink, but do not be extravagant. Indeed, He does not like the extravagant." (Qur'an 7:31)

A small handful of pine nuts contains a significant amount of calories, so it’s important to consume them in moderation, especially for those who are trying to lose or maintain their weight.

  2. Allergic Reactions Some individuals may experience allergic reactions to pine nuts, especially those with nut allergies. Symptoms can include skin rashes, hives, swelling, or even more severe reactions such as difficulty breathing. If you have a known allergy to nuts or seeds, it’s best to avoid pine nuts.
