  • Potassium: Helps regulate heart health and blood pressure.

  • Electrolytes: Prevent dehydration and restore energy levels.

Islamic Perspective on Eating in Moderation

Islam emphasizes moderation in all acts, especially in eating. Allah states in the Quran:
